Where does “Comfort To The Enemy” fit in the Carl Webster saga of “Hot Kid” and “Up In Honey’s Room”?
Why is Comfort only available through Amazon UK?

Comfort to the Enemy is a serial novel that originally appeared in the New York Times in late 2005.  It fits between The Hot Kid and Up in Honey’s Room.  HarperCollins passed on publishing it as a novel in the U.S. so it’s hardcover first edition is courtesy of Weidenfeld and Nicholson in the UK.  Eventually it will be published in the U.S. but as a trade paperback.

Gregg,

Sorry if I missed this, but where are the touchstones since 2006 or so? I found the archived ones, but was looking for more recent ones. With “Dogs” coming out, wanted to know where to post new touchstones. Thanks.
