Many of the locations in the books are real and others seem real. I wonder, was there ever really a Sportrees? It (and Sportree himself) is in more than one novel, isn’t it?

Sportree’s was in Paradise Valley, on Hastings Street.  Elmore moved it out on Eight Mile, and it is mentioned in more than one.
Will fill in more later.

When you write a series of books set in a particular locale, you just might end up talking about and visiting the same places within those locales in many of those books.  Only natural.

Are we starting a ‘how many of Elmore’s books mention Sportree’s’ topic?
