Hey, Djones, you did a good job writing about Get Shorty and you said there might be more about Be Cool. Be good to read what you have to say.

It’s in the Get Shorty thing. You missed it. I’ve been reading a lot of P.G. Wodehouse recently because Fall always gives me anxiety attacks about mortality. Someone told me it’s called SAD. Soon I’m going to restart a Messier.

Speaking of Messiers, where’s Slater’s stand?  Snuffed out by the switch as I recall.

I must’ve missed it too.  Only a passing reference to yet another sequel in the following from djones’ original post:

(And there’s a truth-stranger-than-fiction postscript: Get Shorty gets made into a movie. Not with an actor who’s too short: that’s Get Leo. No, Get Shorty gets made into a movie where the movie-star can’t play the loanshark because he has the wrong eyes. And hardly anyone notices. And then, in fiction, Get Leo has a sequel, which is a flop. Get Shorty - the book & the movie - has a sequel…)

Don’t be sad, djones.  Get back to work so we can get this site hopping again.
