Be Cool - Words and Music from the Book

image

When Be Cool went on sale in February of 1999, it was accompanied by a unique promotional CD that I produced:  Be Cool, Words and Music from the Book.  The CD contained readings from the book by Elmore followed by songs used in the book, written and performed by The Stone Coyotes.  Presented below are links to Elmore’s readings.  It may give you a whole new appreciation for the book, especially if you had the dubious pleasure of seeing the film.

Introduction to Be Cool
Chili Meets Tommy at Swingers
A Chicks International Gig
Chili plays _Look at Me_ with Raji
Linda Moon Talks about Her Music
